Welcome to the TryToChill Network (the “Network”), a Minecraft multiplayer server and associated store (the “Store”). By accessing the Network or making purchases on the Store, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“ToS”). Failure to adhere to these terms may result in account suspension, removal of purchased content, or other actions.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Network or Store, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent).
- You agree to all rules, policies, and disclaimers outlined here.
- You understand that violating these terms may lead to penalties.

3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for your account security and activity.
- Sharing accounts is prohibited.
- Use of cheats, exploits, or unauthorized modifications will result in a ban.

4. Server Rules
- In the former Faction+ or WorldSMP gamemode, everyone can grief & kill anyone, it is autorised. Deaths are not refundable in any way.
- No harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.
- No griefing, scamming, or stealing, exept in Faction+
- Respect staff and players. In any language
- Violations may lead to permanent bans.
- Please only speak English, Frencais, 中文, & Deutsch.
- On competitive gamemodes such as Practice or FFA it is likely that you will get punished for Running/Camping

5. Store Terms & Conditions
5.1 Purchases
- All Store purchases (virtual items, ranks, etc.) are non-refundable.
- Purchases are tied to your account and non-transferable.
5.2 Refund Policy
- Refunds are not guaranteed
- For Bedrock/PE/Console Players:
- You must contact a staff member BEFORE purchasing to ensure compatibility with your platform.
- If you fail to contact staff prior to purchase and encounter issues, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- In case of errors, contact staff immediately with you're Minecraft Username (with proof that this username is you) via [support email/Discord] for assistance.
5.3 Payment Issues
- The Network is not liable for payment errors caused by third-party platforms (e.g., PayPal, Minecraft Marketplace).

6. Modifications to the Network or ToS
- We reserve the right to update the Network, Store, or these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

7. Limitation of Liability
- The Network is provided “as is.” We are not liable for:
- Lost purchases due to account sharing, bans, or server downtime.
- Issues arising from user negligence (e.g., failure to contact staff for Bedrock purchases).
